Returns and Exchange
Return and Exchange is only applicable if product is damaged upon arrival. We strive to provide you with as much detail as you need to make an informed purchase, so we offer you accurate measurements, information and multiple views of each outfit. There are no cancellations.
All orders placed on the website will be processed once you complete the checkout process.
However, we’ll do our best to accommodate you if you need to make changes. Exchange and return requests will only be entertained within 5 days of delivery date. All shipping charges incurred must be paid by the customer.
All sales are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations are possible therefore we request you to be extremely careful in deciding your size. We are more than welcome to assist you to determine your size so please do get in touch with us on our social media handles in case you need any assistance.
Cancellation:
All orders can only be cancelled with 24 hrs of order placement.

Nationwide delivery
Order our intricately crafted pieces from anywhere in Pakistan. We deliver nationwide. Local orders will be delivered within a minimum of 10 shipping/business days after placing an order, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges for nationwide orders are PKR 400/Kg.
International Orders
The quality and the local craftsmen ship from back home is truly an unprecedented and unique treasure. Our foreign clients can now shop from Hinna Mansoor from every corner of the world. International orders will be processed and shipped within a minimum 3 shipping/business weeks. International shipping rates are based on the total weight of your shipment and the destination.
International shipments are also subject to import and custom duties which will be levied on your package once it reaches the destination. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient

We at Hinna Mansoor value our customers and spare no effort to satisfy our clientele. However, in lieu of any circumstantial reason we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time-at our sole discretion. Any cancellations will be communicated to our valuable clients.
